Again after few days i found the same problem again .So i requested "S.K.ENTERPRISE " to please replace my mobile as it is not even one month old and i am facing such problem but the are not responding to my problem . so i request "grahak suraksha" to do the needfull. i had purchased a new handset “HTC – WILDFIRE S” from s.k. enterprise, baroda , gujarat on 6/1/12. after 5-6 days from the date of purchase i found a problem that the vibrator of the phone is not working. on 16/1/12 i contacted the HTC service station and my problem was solved. If I am in a call on connecting the earphone, it is disconnecting that call. Voice reception on call to other people is very bad. My mobile radio is worst radio, I have ever listened. Don't know whether it is due to radio or earphone. So I dropped my mobile there in today morning and narrated all the issues to them. Now in the evening I got a call that my phone has been fixed. I went there and I was ask to test the phone. When I tested it, I found that none of the issue was fixed. When I confronted the technical guy, he plugged the ear phone on mobile and started the music player. Then he told me that see, audio is good. I was WTF.... I asked him, what was my issue. He told me that audio is nt coming on connecting the earphone. Isssshhhhhh!!!! I grabbed my hair and tried to remain calm I took a deep breadth and showed him the issues. Now he was trying to reproduce the issues. But it was not calling the last dialled number. I told him, it does not happen each time. It happens only frequently. So that guy told me that may be you are not handling the phone properly. YMFAH....you are telling me that I do not know how to handle the phone...You deep shit....You slithy filthy rotten balls.....PSLKRS.. At the end, I asked about Radio issue.
