Please help me
i have purchased HTC touch pro Model no- RAPH500

i check the above mentioned technique to unlock but i am facing one problem

an error message appeared when i open the Unlock_Touch.exe
“Unlock_Touch is not a valid Pocket PC application ”

please help me to resolve this issue

My device is Rogers’ cell phone. I followed the instructions & unlocked it. Now it works fine with Fido. So I am sure it will be working in Beijing or Hong Kong that I will visit soon.

You can also unlock your HTC by unlock code

you can get the unlock code from Rogers if you bought the phone outright with no contract.

I’ve got to the point of opening the touch unlock.exe file, and the the unlock_code text.
But when i open that file to try and reveal the 8 digit code, its empty and there a no digits there.
Any suggestions?

Hi I’ve read pretty much all the comments, but I have a question though. I had the htc touch p 3450 here in canada, but I gave it to my cousin in Cuba and she can’t use it until is unlock. Do the links that you are giving here on your post work with all models and do they have to connect to the internet to work?

Retried it over five times, does not generate a code. Double-clicking on the generate thing opens up a pad, but does not show a code. So, what went wrong =P

i just unlocked mine but i did a strong restart. Press both the End and Send Key and use ur stylus thing to press the reset button on the botton. you will feel it vibrate or make a sound and then press ok. IT WILL ERASE ANYTHING YOU HAVE ON THERE AND RETURN IT BACK TO NEW. I NEED AN ALLTEL ONE AND I UNLOCKED A SPRINT PHONE.

Hi, I have a touch-HD and have downloaded the software and unlock_touch.exe you provided (thank you!!).
However, it runs and opens a txt. file but no code appears. I’ve downloaded the .cab files on my HTC and run the exe file from my PC whilst attached and sync turned on. Am I doing something wrong or is this software just not compatable with a HD.
