I knew the bank would deduce some charges. I contacted TLA and they were kind enough to sent the amount to my Paypal. I had sent the check back and the copy of the email. Now I got the 25$ in my Paypal. I heard there are some ppl in TLA who are rather very strict on these things. May be you can try contacting them once again.
